Transportation was very important in the past. Now it
is more important. People used simple methods to go 57

somewhere in ancient times. They made use of horses,
camels, dogs, sledges etc. The invention of the wheel

changed the world. Centuries later, the automobile made
a dramatic change in the way people travel.

Today, we can travel farther and easier. Travel time
decreased a lot. Modern cars have Bluetooth, hard drives,

advanced safety systems, GPS, WiFi and even the ability
to parallel park.

In the future, we will have a more developed technology.
Cars will use alternative energy sources such as solar

energy. Future cars probably will be electric, autonomous,
connected and eco-friendly. In the near future, driverless

cars will be common. We will have flying cars, too. There
will be less pollution, less traffic jam, more safety and

more free time. People will use their cars like a mobile
phone.
